I’ve been feeling it for some time now

the stretching from one level to the next.

Through life experience, I’ve learned what season changes look like…

through my experience, every time that my life 

was about to take a leap forward

the unimaginable happened

and the absolute gates of hell

would attack me in every area.

From financial to

emotional, the mind/thoughts,

attacks on the will, fleeing various temptations,

to pure faith and God-trust.

Isn’t it weird that the indications of growth, promotion,

and transition of season

usually coincide with pain, hardship, tragedy?

I liken it to a baby teething,

and those tiny gums are bursting

causing excruciating pain and anguish

but eventually, that pain

births tools for that baby to use to grow into their next season.

The reference to teething can seem common,

but I’m not just talking about the usual, casual trials we experience 

on a daily basis;

No.

I’m talking, a heavy duty, full armament,

no holds barred, barrage of attacks

that almost seem unreal.

THAT, is the clearest sign of season change,

level elevation, 

and/or a promotion of sorts.

Though what commonly happens

is that people often give up

right at the crux of when it all matters.

Our first reaction is to complain when trouble comes.

Another reaction is self-pity.

The most common, I believe,

is to lose sight of God’s purpose/goal for your life, and focus so much on the trouble that you break stride 

in your daily walk with Him and pursuit towards

a higher calling.

I’m here to encourage you today that you are 

CLOSE

Don’t give in

Don’t let up

Intensify your prayer life

Intensify your Word intake

You are on the verge of a breakthrough

Sit patiently like Ruth

Wait like Moses

fight like Peter

Be relentless like Jacob

Recognize Authority like the Roman Officer

Trust like Gideon

Repent like David…

Though the vision tarries,

WAIT

IF you wait on God

He will renew your strength

and if you continue to believe and fear not,

you WILL INDEED SEE VICTORY.

For you,

I see victory on your left,

I see victory on your right,

I see victory coming up behind you,

and I see victory walking briskly before you.

Dig in

You’re almost there

Let me be your midwife

and help you to 

PUSH

what’s been gestating in your spiritual womb for some time

You’re literally being surrounded

by the blessings that you’ve been praying for

The indication of war and chaos,

seen with natural perspective ,

appears as defeat.

But like those side mirrors,

“objects in the mirror are closer than they appear.”

Your victory, your harvest, your breakthrough,

through spiritual perspective,

are closer than they appear.

like the tree planted by the river

HOLD ON

this day,

like when the waters engulfed Pharaoh’s army,

you shall see your enemy

and when the storms break

you will walk into the promised place

and new dimension

where you’ve only felt and seen 

in your dream visions

be thankful for the fire

be thankful for the trials

be thankful for the tragedies

stand still

while they push you 

closer

get ready 

your future is in hot pursuit

for it’s your time

to be blessed.
