I am a certified vinyasa & yin yoga teacher.
I am constantly adding to my yoga knowledge and teaching through my personal practice, as well as trough workshops that I attend and continuing education classes that I take throughout each year. I use this somatic awareness in my coaching and in my mindfulness consulting.
